Analytics in development

Your client list and booking analytics in one place

Add your clients, organize their contact details and bring their appointments together in Simplebook. We are preparing a statistics dashboard to help you understand how your activity changes and which clients book again.

I’m interested in analytics

Analytics is not available yet. The next screen lets you create a Simplebook account; signing up does not activate the future dashboard.

Start with your clients

Your schedule is more useful when you know who is behind each appointment. Add clients with their name, email and phone number, update their details and review their booking history. Keep contacts alongside appointments so you have a reference when preparing for the next visit.

Organized contacts

Add your existing clients manually. You do not need to wait for them to make a new booking before storing their details in Simplebook.

Appointment history

Review each client’s booking count, first and last appointment, and the services associated with their bookings.

Connected appointments and clients

Manage appointments in the calendar and find contact details in the client section, without keeping separate lists for each task.

What we plan to show in the dashboard

The idea is to turn booking records into a clear view of your activity. These are the indicators we are considering; the final scope may change as we learn what professionals need.

Bookings by period

See how many appointments you have in a week or month and compare activity across periods.

New and returning clients

Distinguish first bookings from repeat visits to understand how client relationships continue over time.

Most booked services

See which services receive the most appointments and how demand changes over time.

Schedule occupancy

Understand which days and time slots attract bookings and where you still have availability.

Turn booking records into clearer decisions

An independent professional may want to review which days are busiest. A practitioner may want to understand how many clients return. A business offering several services may want to see which receive the most appointments. We want the dashboard to help answer these questions without preparing reports by hand.

Start with your current schedule

  1. 1. Create your account

Set up your profile, the services you offer and your working hours.

  2. 2. Add your clients

Enter their contact details and start bringing your appointment records together.

  3. 3. Organize your bookings

Share your booking link or manage appointments in the calendar. Future analytics development will be guided by the interest and needs we discover.

Frequently asked questions

Is booking analytics available now?

No. This page introduces a feature in preparation. Signing up gives you access to Simplebook’s current features; it does not yet include the analytics dashboard described here.

Can I add clients now?

Yes. Create clients manually with their contact details and review their booking history. This is separate from the future dashboard with indicators and comparisons.

Does adding a client create their previous booking history?

No. Creating a client record does not import appointments from other tools or generate past bookings. Current client statistics use the records that already exist in Simplebook.

What happens when I click “I’m interested in analytics”?

You go to the Simplebook registration page. Create an account to use the current calendar and client management features. This action does not add you to a waiting list or guarantee a launch date.

Would a statistics dashboard help you?

Start organizing clients and appointments with Simplebook. Analytics is in preparation, and we want to understand interest in this upcoming feature.
