Simplebook uses personal data only to create, manage and communicate requested bookings, provide the service and respond to enquiries.
Data we process
We may process names, email addresses, phone numbers, selected services, appointment dates and times, user comments, calendar identifiers and technical data needed to keep the service secure and operational.
How we use it
We use this data to display availability, create and manage appointments, send confirmations and reminders, synchronize an authorized calendar with Google Calendar, let clients add an appointment to Apple Calendar from the email and answer enquiries. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Required service providers
We do not disclose data to third parties for their own purposes. Technical providers may process it on Simplebook's behalf when required to operate the service, including hosting, email delivery, site analytics and Google Calendar when the professional authorizes the integration. Each provider is subject to its own terms and data protection obligations.
Retention and security
We retain data while needed to provide the service, maintain booking records and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable access controls and technical safeguards, but no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
