Terms of service
These terms govern the use of Simplebook by professionals who publish availability and clients who request a booking.
The service
Simplebook lets professionals publish services and schedules, receive booking requests, synchronize appointments with Google Calendar and send appointment-related communications. The professional is responsible for service information, prices, availability and client care.
Current free access
Simplebook is currently available free of charge to all users. No payment card is required to start using the service.
The administration may change the conditions of use, including the pricing model, in the future. Material changes will be communicated in advance and reflected in these terms. No charge will be made without prior notice and the payment details or authorization required for that charge.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for illegal activity, unauthorized account access, malicious content or personal data processing without a lawful basis. We may restrict or suspend an account when needed to protect users, data or service stability.
Availability and integrations
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, incidents or external services may cause interruptions. Google Calendar and Apple Calendar features also depend on their respective providers.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will publish the effective date and communicate material changes. Use the contact page for any questions.
