Terms of service
These terms govern the use of Simplebook by professionals who publish availability and clients who request a booking.
The service
Simplebook lets professionals publish services and schedules, receive booking requests, synchronize appointments with Google Calendar and send appointment-related communications. The professional is responsible for service information, prices, availability and client care.
Free period for 2026 registrations
Every new account registered between January 1 and December 31, 2026 may use Simplebook free for its first 12 months from the registration date. No payment card is required to begin this period.
Different conditions may apply after those 12 months. Simplebook will communicate them before the free period ends and update these terms. No charge will be made without prior notice of the conditions and the payment details or authorization required.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for illegal activity, unauthorized account access, malicious content or personal data processing without a lawful basis. We may restrict or suspend an account when needed to protect users, data or service stability.
Availability and integrations
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, incidents or external services may cause interruptions. Google Calendar and Apple Calendar features also depend on their respective providers.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. We will publish the effective date and communicate material changes. Use the contact page for any questions.
